The production management process strictly inspects various shipping standards: including parallelism, flatness, no burrs on the surface, no pores and various grooves, to ensure customer production quality.
The material of the disk surface can be selected from high-speed alloy steel, cast iron, tin disk, copper disk and other grinding and polishing purposes according to the process requirements. Used with a trimming work ring to ensure that the disc shape remains unchanged.
